I think after reading these two reviews that theis business may have changed hands as this was not my experience at all with Majestic Services. True Loacl need to take this down, in fact I have just noticed that even the phone number is wrong - ACT Majestic Services phone number is 0421 068899 or 02 6299 9880 - The gentleman that came from the business called ACT Majestic Services in Canberra was professional, reliable and knows his stuff. I would not hesitate in recommending him or using his services in the future.

UNRELIABLE: A Majestic Services technician came on 21 Nov 2015 but did not seem to be able to diagnose our Miele washing machine problem. Eventually after guidance from my wife, he decided that the motherboard was damaged. He charged $150 call out fee, left the machine in pieces and promised to contact me by e-mail on 23 Nov as to whether the part was available and its cost. He did not and I telephoned on 24 Nov. He promised the information by that night but again he did not send the information. We tried to get another company to come but they will not come to a machine which is in pieces. Summary - Majestic is sloppy, unreliable and maybe even incompetent. Avoid them.
Saw this review from bobpember too late. Used Majestic Services in Florey Canberra and had a very bad experience too. The repairman broke the hot water tap and blew up the computer system of the F&P washing machine. He just had to fix a simple problem of no cold water entering the machine which he was not able to. He wanted an additional payment to replace the computer board which he blew up. Now I have to replace the whole machine. Does anybody know what to do in such a situation?
I have only just discovered this review online from 2015. Sorry for your experience in the past, I have claimed this listing as this business closely resembles my business name and I would hate for my customers to confuse this with our business. I hope this was resolved for you back in 2015 and please be assured you would not recieve thins kind of service from our technicians at ACT Majestic Services.
