Super knowledgable technicians. Diagnosed my Miele oven correctly after a another company failed to fix it. Technician wore foot covers and was highly professional. Highly recommended

We will never ever recommend this company - Do not use them.
We were given their details from the appliance manufacturer. They came out and the technician couldn't work out how to remove the top off our rangehood. He charged the $99 call out fee and $25 for 10 minutes of nothing. Said if we could get it removed to call back and the part was approx $25 and they wouldn't charge call out again. We got the casing off ourselves that night - wasn't difficult and called them back. Now quoted $160 to fix the problem. We refused as that was not what we were told and we asked for our money back for the initial call out as absolutely nothing had been done- they said no. Shocking customer service, incompetent technician and terrible to deal with. Will be contacting Consumer Affairs to make official complaint but don't want anyone else to be ripped off! Wish we had of checked other reviews before engaging them as it's obvious they don't know how to run a business.

Pathetic lack of service. This company cannot even muster up the common decency to return phonecalls after a week of waiting. Unhelpful when asked for advice. Do Not waste your time with this company. Totally useless in every way. Zero Stars.

Office staff unhelpful with very backwards paperwork. Would not recommend this company.

Not happy: we have had them out to try to fix our dishwasher more than three times and even paid for a new pump and still not fixed. For over 3 year we had no problems with the dishwasher then the pump stopped pumping the water out the serviceman who came out said the pump was full of stuff cleared it out and left. within days same problem this time he said the pump needed replacing ... within a week same problem. He said it was our fault. He cleaned out the pump and a week later (just on Christmas) same problem Christmas with no dishwasher !!!!

I have since found out that all that was needed to be done was to clean out the outflow hose (a common problem) At the first service call a good service person should have done this as a matter of course, . We have found their office staff very reluctant to help
