I have purchased all my electrical goods here for the past 10 years and my experience has always been a good one. Excellent knowledge with fantastic and helpful service. I made a poor choice in dryers this afternoon and when I phoned about an exchange it was absolutely no bother to them whatsoever, even though it was nearing closing time. Great service in every aspect from sales right through to the lads in dispatch. Highly recommend.

The most disgusting retail business ever had to deal with!!!!!
Purchased a 70 inch TCL television from Good Guys LogANHOLME for approx $2000.
We explained to the salesman it was going in a new outdoor area which was under construction.
We knew we probably would have no warranty and we would just buy a cheap brand and replace in 2 -3 years.
He informed us there were only 2 left at the special price.

Yesterday was my second time in the store, I purchased a vacuum cleaner. I was served by a sales person mane ,, Jason " , who had excellent knowledge about the products explaining all the facts without feeling obliged to buy .He helped me decide which vacuum cleaner was the best for me . The checkout lady ,, Jenny " ( I think ) was just as professional , friendly and excellent customer service skills as ,, Jason ". Flour manager Adam , not as nice , needs improvement in customers service skills .
Overall I had a excellent experience , I would shop again .

I was at Loganholmes goodguys on the 21st July looking for 2 vacuum cleaners, I was served by Jason V . Jason was able to answer every question I threw at him he provided me with excellent customer service, he knew his products inside out, he pointed out things good and bad which made my decision much easier. My wife and I were being served by a young lady of Mediterranean appearance, I assume family of store franchisee, her personality was lacking and customer care was of concern. She at one point dropped the packaging to the product we were wishing to purchase and said to my 6 month pregnant wife, 'Pick it up, would you'. My wife obliged with the demand, we purchased the product, and left the store.
