APC Prosthetics (Hunter)

after my latest experience with the charlestown office I feel they really should give more consideration to the clients needs & well being instead of thier bottom line. they charged me over $20,000 for a prosthetic that is unusable, it is my spare so i didnt use ot for quite some time & when i tried to use it i discovered that the foor was totally different & even the socket was not identical to the original! i asked them why the sockets were different & courtney (prosthetist) had no idea why it was different & when asked why the foot itself was different she said it was because i had said previously that one day I'd like to get back working so she put on a foot that's for workin. problem is I didn't ask for that as I know I'm a couple years at least away from getting back to work. I spoke to them about it all but they won't do anything to help me, all they wanted to do was charge me for a replacement. very disappointing
