Those who gave a poor review were clearly dealing with the previous owners.
Completely misdiagnosed what should have been a very obvious problem (according to my local garage), and replaced parts that had nothing to do with the fault. Had my car for 3 days when they said it would take half a day! Claimed they road tested when they did not! Very rude and uncooperative when confronted. As a result I'm out of pocket $900 and still have to fix the original fault.
Great guys and they have helped us allot over the last Decade my family has been going to him and last 4 years now i have been going to him and have taken several of my cars to them. cannot recommend them enough. the amount of work they do get shows how many others feel the same way as i do.
Although the business has kept the same name, ownership changed hands after Bruno became ill. The poor reviews since then speak for themselves.
Yer, my brother and i switched immediately after we went in and prices sky rocketed. two of the guys who were at B&T left and made there own place, Right Price Mechanical in the same complex as the sthill place across the road from the school. brother still goes there, i do myown mechanical work now, i just get them to tell me what's wrong. a professional opinion so to speak.
