Some of the best customer service i have experienced in a long time, Dealt with Tyronne while gettting my car worked on :)

No doubt these guys are the best in the Diesel Peformance industry

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Chris and the team. Have had constant issues with my Hilux with blocked DPF’s and nothing Toyota could do to fix I?t. Had the car in today for less then 8 hours and the DPF delete was done with a remap. The remap is amazing and the car has so much more power.

Can’t say how happy I? am with the customer service, workmanship and the end result!

Will definitely be back for future works. Thanks again.

The worst customer service I have experienced to date.. I guess they are selective about who they treat with respect.. Took my business elsewhere and was treated with the best service in Nambour :) Merry Xmas!

Response from the owner:

Customer was irate when she was informed she had to pay for a part that needed to be ordered from overseas before we could start her job. We understand people want there cars out as quick as possible but we have to also protect our-self's from loosing money and we have policy's in place in order to help ensure this. Most businesses would not be prepared to risk paying for non returnable parts for a customer that they don't know and one that was unable to pay for the initial inspection done on there car of which is still owing.
