I have been dealing with the pople in this business for a few years now. I have alsoways found them friendly and helpful. Sometimes I have road blocks with something to do with Austpost but this is a business who has to play by another organisations rules. Is also a great little shop for those quirky gifts.
Not overly helpful staff, when I asked if they had something the staff member responded "I'don't know, have a look". Staff member should know whats in the store!

Apologies for the long delay in responding to your review of our store on True Local, I have to admit I have not been on the site since setting it up initially.
However, I welcome your review and am rather aghast with your experience, this is most certainly not how we train our staff to deal with customer queries. And in fact we rather pride ourselves on the level of customer service we provide, crickey I even had one of our customers drop in to surprise us with Christmas carols on his Bagpipes just cause he could.....hope that we can provide you with better service if we have the opportunity in the future!
