Hey there, I cancelled my booking in November and I've been told I would be refound in 12 weeks, Try to contact them but the phone number not working, I emailed I haven’t got any response their website not valid, I’m going to QLD to get my money!!!

I have being waiting for my refund for last 4months . Spoke to airlines, they have refund my ticket to bestjet. But no refund for bestjet. Now there phone number is not working. Not responding to emails.
Whats happening bestjet. That's very bad.

Hi there! I canceled my booking in december and I've been told I would be refound in 12 weeks. I havent got any answer and now their phone numbers do not work either their website.

BestJet are appalling. We booked a flight, then had to cancel and asked for a refund. 'Sure' they said, wait 12 weeks. We waited and no refund came. After numerous phone calls and emails we either recieved no response or were told 'we'll be back in touch', or, 'the person you need to speak to isn't here right now'. We're now using 'appropriate channels' to pursue a refund. Google them and learn more. This company should be banned from operating.

Mate be very careful with this travel site . I booked a ticket for my daughter after her yr 12 graduation taking her for a holiday. 6 months in advance the ticket was booked and paid the airline cancelled that flight in July and I was not informed . I booked hotels and other travel destinations from London onwards when I went to the airport I was told that I am. It listed in the flight though the ticket was showing I am flying today. It took me 45 minutes to get through to the customer service agen in the phillipines who still insisted that my ticket was a valid ticket . Then after he made me hold and then said It was my duty to call the airline 48hours prior to departure as it is one of the fine print clause that u don’t see . The airline is Austrian airline they don’t have any office in Australia.
