Our neighbours had all used Bootlands and were happy with the results. We had a lot of delays because of the heavy rains and strong winds during last winter, but once started Mick and Ric worked like beavers. We had to have old gutters replaced and downpipes added, as the existing didn't cope with the amount of rain we get. We use to have a leaking roof from broken tiles and incorrectly fitted flues and overflowing gutters- now not a drop! It's such a relief!
We decided to go for a lighter colour 'Evening Haze' which complemented the house and brought it into the 21st century plus the 'Enviro Cool' paint to reduce the heat transfer during summer. The difference it has made is remarkable. We haven't used the aircon on the 35'+ days just the ceiling fans. Can't understand why people pick dark colours in WA only adds to your cooling cost!
