Appauling service. Was served today at 4.40am by the rudest man i have ever come across. The service is normally average at best but they have sunk to new low today. It was the final insult after paying over $1.90 a ltre for 98.
I would recomend that people go elsewhere as when fuel prices are this high, it is the service that counts.
Do not go here if you are hoping for service.
A recent pitstop for a fuel was a delight with no wait time to fill up, cheaper prices than any other petrol station on the Coast this particular day and very friendly customer service. Te store is well stocked to grab a drink or snack on your way. Definitely will be filling up here more regularly.
The staff at BP Alexander Drive Nerang are always friendly, it is a delight to approach the counter to pay after filling the car with fuel. There is no car wash facility at this BP, and I have never encountered an unleaded fuel hose with a "not working" tag attached.
The prices are relevant to other current fuel prices in the area, and generally with no waiting queues.
