DON'T DO IT TO YOURSELVES PLEASE READ THIS
I have waited months to write this in the hope that somehow the issues we have had would get better, in the hope that they would "restore the faith" as they said they would.

We bought a used car that was advertised and promoted by sales consultants as a “2017 BMW 120i M Sport F 20 LCI Hatch” with the latest 2.0 litre engine and several desirable options including but not limited to a digital radio. "Premium Selection" – for extra peace of mind.

Once we got the car into our possession, we realised it didn’t have a digital radio at all. That was just the beginning. Having become suspicious, we conducted an extensive database search and discovered the car was an older 1.6 litre model. Brisbane BMW was quick to admit responsibility, alleging it was a genuine administrative oversight rather than a case of false and misleading advertising. We’ll never know. Brilliant business, for first looking at cars, the experience was relaxed, no pressure approach. The vehicles are delivered on time and are of exceptional quality.
