Buckley's

Terrible. Went for dinner with my wife and 2 yo. Meals are shocking and very pricey...paid $26 each. Waited 1.5 hrs as they stuffed up the docket. Lift you game Buckleys and lower your prices...we will never go back.

My partner and i went there on a Saturday night and unfortunately the experience wasn't pleasant. We ordered 2 bar meals and received only one. When the staff were quizzed about it they only offered blank stares.So we called over the management and they investigated the problem, only to inform us that we were only charged for 1 meal.No apology for their input error. My meal of lasagna and chips was overpriced for a bar meal and not that nice.Wrote an email of complaint to customer service and the CEO and neither saw fit to respond. Never eating there again, which is unfortunate as i live close.

Love this place! Meals are huge and there's heaps to pick from, plus our kids can go crazy in the playground.

Not Happy. Booked a big table and went to use our discount vouchers from the entertainment book (that's why we went there) only to be told we could not use them. Spoke to management and they didn't want to know about it.
