Bunneys Washer & Dryer Service

useless! I gave them my microwave, told them the exact error code. A week and a half to fix $12 for parts and $60 for labour after 4 days its not working again! They have now had it for a week and haven't even looked at it. I had to call them to check up. Id give them 0 if I could.

Overall poor customer service. They don't care that you may be left without a washing machine for a few days - they come out when they feel like it. They charged me $110.00 for a few minutes work telling me they cannot repair my washing machine. They do not phone you to tell you they are coming, expecting you to be sitting at home all day. I was not happy with this business - it seems to be all about them rather than the customer.

After providing nothing better than a 4 hour window to call in and waiting a whole day a rude technician turned up at my door who spent no more than 5 minutes to tell me that my four year old fridge was useless and I needed to buy an a new one. And the price of this call? $110! What an absolute rip off! Avoid this company!

Its nice to know that good old fashioned service hasnt died. I called Bunney's to repair my 15 yr old washing machine. Instead of recommending I buy a new one like the Simpson/Electrolux guys last time, Todd took the time to find the cause of the problem. He believed it was the motor and arranged to come back later in the week. He called the following day to say that he wanted to try replacing the reversing switch, just in case that was the issue. To my delight it was, and in the process he saved me over $200. If youre looking for appliance repair in the St George/Sutherland Shire area then you cant go wrong with these guys.

I had a great professional experience with this company. Rang Monday afternoon to report problem with my washer, rang tuesday morning to confirm what time they were expected, given timing, serviceman (Ken) rang a couple of minutes before appointment time to ensure I was there. He correctly diagnosed problem within 15 minutes and corrected it. Very pleasant manner, very professional and represented his company in a very positive light. Well done Bunney's and in particular Ken.. Thanks !!!!
