Hi mark computers of Sylvania certainly get my highest recommendation for their accessibility and Info. Technology expertise. My old Windows 7 (installed by Hi Mark, nine years ago) was in its death throes, and from January next year would not be supported. I spoke to Hi Mark’s Basant , and he advised me to upgrade to Windows 10. A big step for me, I agreed and Basant took it from there. The new system was built to my requirements, all my boring data settings, photos etc, that I had accumulated were transferred smoothly and efficiently by Hi Mark and all is good, the computer works perfectly...and fast too! Having no idea at all about the workings of Computers, I was so very grateful for the work done by Basant and his team at Hi mark, I do not have any reservations about recommending the company to anyone needing help with upgrades, installations and repairs to their PC’s

I had picked up some malware from a supposed Microsoft endorsed site. Himark thoroughly reviewed hardware and all software and removed the malware. Service was very quick, professional and I was informed of progress towards the solution. Subsequently I had lost the ability to access emails via Outlook and also could not read PDF files. On both occasions Himark willingly addressed these issues promptly and at no extra cost. After sales service was excellent.

Our hard drive (Lenovo) died after 9 months - no data could be recovered. After a dreadful and lengthy experience trying to get this fixed/replaced, I went back to HiMark where I had previously bought my computers. I had it installed by a fabulous young man, and know that if anything goes wrong, I can call and see somebody within six hours, not six months!
