Burleigh Town Licensed Post Office

returned a dress with a pre printed label and somehow it "got lost" had the tracking number and receipt for proof, the person who served me did not print the postcode onto the receipt so i now cannot even get the compensation for my lost dress. Not impressed please learn how to do your job properly.

I've rented a po box at Burleigh Town Post Office since 1997 & have seen a few owners come & go.
The current manager Raj & his wonderful team are always happy, helpful & love getting to know their regular customers better.
When Raj first took over the post office, he wrote on each PO box the number of years each renter had been with the post office so he could get to know the long term customers better, and by name. He's lovely & will always call out a hello to me when I'm in the store.
The store itself is set out really well. It's open plan makes it easy to see where everything is & find what you're after. Whether it be greeting cards, giftware, envelopes, boxes, bubble wrap, the copy machine, and more. Bill payments, stamps & passport photos are available.
