We had an issue with the first engagement ring we bought here, with about 100 tiny diamonds it was too delicate and shouldn't have been sold as an everyday ring. Diamonds kept falling out, I was quite disappointed as it was a beautiful ring. Burlington offered a replacement at the same 50% off we bought the original in; from any of their 3 stores, plus free resizing, plus $200 off as our replacement was more expensive than original, plus half price and free resizing on a platinum wedding band too. A great deal in the end, I chose a vintage platinum and diamond ring with only 3 stones for durability, already 70-75 years old so I figure I'm unlikely to break this one hehe. I'm very happy with my new ring 6 month on, and the ladies at the store were very friendly and helpful, couldn't ask for more. #reviewtowin

Went in here to look for a 5 stone diamond ring. I had been all over town to try and find the right one. Here they had many to choose from and after much discussion with 2 very helpful ladies I made a decision. I just wanted to write and say how happy I am with my experience here.
