Café Stockholm Westfield Carousel

I'm a worker at Carousel so my friend and i thought we'd have breakfast before work at the NEW cafe on Thursday 31st of May at 8:10am. Firstly , the girl behind the counter was chatty and bubbly, no issues with the staff members manners. I ordered a Chilled Chai and becuase i was sitting down to eat brekki i assumed it would come out in a glass. It was brought to me in a takeaway paper cup, on a saucer with a straw wedged in the mouth piece, no big deal I thought. Until I had a sip, it was an iced coffee. Maybe she thought i said iced latte? Unsure.
My waffles and icecream came out in 5 minutes-awesome. But i was left to watch it all melt as my friends eggs benedict came out 15 minutes after.
