I wish I would have read the reviews before i went there. Went to get some colour done (medium blond). I ended up paying 250AUD. unfortunately, I saw the full damage after i had left the store. I now have bleached white blond hair with blue and yellow stains. They didn't even use colour, just bleaching and toner. I paid for a voucher I didn't use ( colour and cut) + 170 AUD extra. I look horrible. They refused to fix it (would have cost 40AUD extra!). I've never had such an ugly result before! If you are blond, DON'T GO THERE! I won't be back.

This place is terrible. The staff are rude the place is shabby with wallpaper lifting off the wall. I felt uneasy from the minute I went in the place. They do not know anything about colouring blond hair. The 2 Asian girls lack skills in customer service. I had my hair washed with really cold water and the worst head massage ever they pull who hair when washing it.
