Great place with all the top brands in a "one stop shop".
There is something for everyone here from the pink bike with basket to the high end racing and triathlon bike, often at greatly marked down prices.
They also have one of the best selection of quality accessories of all the shops in the area as well as the kind of service and expertise you don't get in the big chain stores.
I look forward to having Churchill's help me on my road to Ironman Busselton 2020.
Used them a dozen times for various bike maintenance. Responsive and timely. They changed a tube while I waited last week, out in 5 mins. Also patient with my novice questions on bike set up and maintenance. We aren't all Tour de France riders or own $5,000 bikes . There's a bit of bike snobbery at some bike shops, no sign of it here....thumbs up from me.
Shocking service. I went to have a pram puncture repaired which was done and paid for though I noted the tyre pressure seemed excessive. Left the wheel undercover unattached to pram on a warm day, the following morning found that the wheel and inner had completely burst and bent open the rim until it cracked. Went back expecting apologies and recompense- they offered neither. Blamed the bend on hot weather. They unashamedly told me the bend was there before (yet somehow they hadn't noticed it) and that their pressure gage would only go to a max of 35psi! I would never recommend. Steer clear for got service...
Their service is appalling. They have zero communication skills. If you want a reasonably priced bike by all means buy there. But don't expect anything else. I put a pump in for repair which they first said they could fix. Then they told me they couldn't fix it. So I spent $40 on a new one. Then they told me they'd got their wires crossed and had fixed it, which cost me $30. No apology or gesture of any sort. Then I put my road bike in for a warranty service. They told me it would take 6 days. My wife went to pick it up and they said another week. Absolutely no idea with customers. I won't be going back.
