Honestly was one of the best places I've stayed! The room was amazing! Looked great, had everything we needed- we got breakfast each morning with a coffee or juice.
The location is sensational! Located on a private beach its quiet and relaxing! I can't wait to go back!

What a beautiful spot. Stayed for the weekend. Amazing views over the ocean as the property sits right on the cliff edge at Smiths beach. It appears to be the only place on Phillip island that offers such a unique position, there are no other houses or accommodation in close proximity so you really feel like your away from the madding crowds. A short walk took us down to the beach on our own private walking track. The beach it self, is pretty amazing. The room was beautiful and very clean, we had one of the sea view rooms and you really get a great view. I highly recommend the cooked breakfast and the coffee is great to. It would make a lovely place to get married.
