Coachman Motel
The Coachman Hotel/Motel is situated right in the heart of the town centre, an easy walk to shops, Services Club, Leagues and Bowling Clubs, and 150 metres west of post office. It is colonial style accommodation. Room service is available, pool in complex, Conference/Function facilities. A group of around 8 of us came in here on Saturday the 11th of October 2014 for some pre wedding reception drinks. For a country town, the establishment was very well presented and clean. I dont think staff were expecting a busy day as there was only one serving.
Whilst it took sometime for all to be served, it was an enjoyable place to have a drink. However it was quite warm within the bar and one of our friends did have to ask staff to turn the air con up, but dont think that ever happened. We only ended up having the one drink due to the temperature within the building, but it looked like it would be a good place to go back one day for a sit down meal.
