Absolutely SHOCKING service. Tried to get LPG today, and the nozzle is either faulty or sub standard. Another member of the public tried to assist, still no joy. He said the nozzles are rubbish. After 5 or so minutes of messing around we finally get it connected only to have your member of staff YELLING from the doorway that the pump had timed out and we would have to hang it back up and start again. Staff walked away shaking head. We removed said nozzle and placed it back on the hanger. Where it stayed. I will never patronise one of your stores in the future.
