Costume Land

Came back here to do something up for a great gatsby themed party but was confused as to what to get.. Spoke to a staff member who helped me pick and choose to mix and match what we had already for both myself and my partner then by the end, we had something all sorted! She was really helpful and knew exactly where things were. Nice work!! Will definitely be back for any other costume parties!

Poor customer service and be very careful with purchases as no refunds given. No apologies given for this lack of flexibility- go elsewhere if at all possible.

The worst service I have ever received. I purchased what was supposed to be a brand new costume for $80 from this store. When I arrived home I saw that there was a STAIN in it. Obviously disgusted, I returned to the store only to find that they would not give me a refund, nor an apology, nor any money off to even get it dry cleaned. The staff spot cleaned the pants and gave them back to me. When I said I was not happy with this they became very rude and even hinted that I may have put the stain in there to get a refund. They also said it was my fault for not looking into the pants before trying them on. I am shocked and appalled that they could treat a customer in this way. I would definitely not recommend this store. If you do decide to buy from here I would advise checking all items (even those in a package and sold as brand new) thoroughly as you never know what you might find in there! Costume Land has a huge range of everything and anything in this store. This place is definitely THE One-Stop-Shop for all things costume, party, and event needs (clothing, accessories and decorating wise I mean). It has things for all ages, even the big kids like to dress up and play like the little kids some time *hehe*

Unfortunately though, prices arent that cheap here. Accessories and bits and pieces arent too bad, but when it comes to Costumes, in particularly the Adult range/sizes, it is quite expensive. You can find some cheap ones on special though, you just have to hope its the costume you are looking for otherwise yes, you will be paying about $60++.. thats pretty much the only put off.

On another note, Valentines Day is coming up need I say more? Spoil yourself, or should I say your partner They have quite the 'Adult' range here as well.
