I was a little dubious about buying Czech made bikes, but the Duratec range is well worth it. I actually recommended it to a friend of mine who races in iron man length triathalon's. He claimed it improved his bike leg dramatically, so I realised it wasn't just me who thought these things rocketed along. Great value for money. Recommend these guys to anyone!
I bought a Duratec Cyborg and it is the sweetest bike I’ve ever ridden and I’ll never sell it. Look closely at the construction of these frames and you see what brilliant Czech engineering is all about. Dealt with an intelligent young bloke who cares deeply not only for his products (he refuses to sell rubbish), but also for his customer’s happiness, with these taking precedence over profit margin. Seriously such a unique experience these days within the industry, especially on the Coast. Good to see old school values haven’t completely died out. I’ll still shop with him even though I’ve moved to Newcastle. That’s how much I trust and respect him.
Awesome knowledge of bikes. Listened to what I wanted. Didn't talk any garbage, or constantly try to sell me the most expensive components. Instead recommended what was most suitable to me. So much cheaper than any other shop on the Gold Coast or Brissy. Top after sale service. Brilliant bike services! I'm incredibly happy with the bike I bought there. Would highly recommend this shop to anyone (including triathlon cyclists).
