Diva Tea & Coffee House

Ordered two takeaway cuppas from Diva and we were very disappointed.
My friends flat white was bitter and wasn't sugared as requested.
My soy chai was far too heavy on the syrup (I prefer powder) and sickly sweet. Yech!!

I actually believe the reviews about bad service and how they serve locals.differently...typical main beach arrognce. Anyhow I rang them asking a particular question as got told only yesterday to go to Diva as they stock some of their products. First fella didnt know..no dramas the second staff was bit aprupt and said no and hung up. What staff didnt know was I was gonna enquire bout function options too but didnt give me the chance to talk or promote their work place. such a shame just remember u dont know who ur talking to over the phone and i live on the GC so will make sure we never take ppl or recomend this establishment.

Service at the diva tea house was very rude. Spoke to regulars with a different tone of voice. No existent manners. Should not judge people by what they wear, considering they could own their own business and several well appointed houses in the area. Would not go there again. Very disappointed.

When I had lunch at Divas, in the Marina Mirage Centre last year, finished my review stating "I will be back" well that is what I have done. The walls and ceilings are in a deep aubergine, with a striking light and dark wooden tiled floor, around the walls are comfortable booths in a soft dark pin striped fabric, there are three large gold framed mirrors on one wall, the opposite wall has spaces filled with selected wines, Red, White, Sparkling, Champagne, to enjoy breakfast or lunch. To one side there is a large glass table displaying a fabulous range of sweets and chocolates, the counter at the rear is well laid out with a large cabinet at one end, displaying an excellent selection of wraps, rolls, frittatas, quiches, cakes, slices, etc, all very tempting. What a find. Located near the entrance of the Marina Mirage Centre is this delightful, French ambience, with French Cafe style food. We had a beautiful lunch, that was fresh, tasty,very appetizing and attractively presented. The service was excellent, friendly but not intrusive. The coffee is the best we have tasted for some time. They vary their coffee mixes each month. Hey if your are like us, where you will travel to find great coffee this is the place. This is number one in our book. Will be back.
