Electrician tripped power at the end of his day working. Couldn't work it out as "his tool to check was broken". He scrambled for hours and eventually called another electrician after hours to use his tool and help him. He said half a dozen times "dont worry you wont be charged for this".
We got charged for the entire time. When we rang to say it wasn't really fair we pay for that the receptionist said "well someone's got to pay for it " and hung up on us.
We then had to express how upset we were in email before they met us half way.
Needless to say I didn't book any further jobs or the solar we had intended to purchase off them... I just hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.

I rang and made a time same day for electrician to come out and look at hot water booster switch not working. Arrived at time arranged and the investigations and replacing of wire in switch took no more than 15 minutes. He then went on to tell me he had to do a mandatory safety check on my house which included him walking around looking at my existing smoke alarms and the main electricity box outside. He then said he had to provide me with a report and a quote to fix same. At this point in time it is now about 40 minutes since he arrived at my house. He does his invoice and charges me for 45 minutes work.

I would like to express my frustration and disappointment for the service provided to our business by your company.

On Friday 22/02/2019 I contacted your company to have a light fixed for our food display fridge and Blake came to the shop late afternoon when the shop was closed (even though I was informed via message they would contact me 30 minutes before). Luckly I was able to open the place and he inspected the fridge.
