This place is absolutely fantastic. It's a small Gym that's never crowded. The owners and trainers frequently make time to help me.

I do personal training under the owner here and I'll legit never find anything at a better rate. I've done 12 weeks and immeaditely signed up for 12 more.

He even trained me on Anzac Day with his partner training my girlfriend. They take their fitness and growth of others genuinely

If I was to highlight a negative it would be the narrow parking

To summarise I can not speak higher of this gym. I used to be afraid of being the doofus that can't do any machine correctly but now I'm wearing smaller clothing and not looking at the ground when I lift.

Keep it up Adam, you're an absolute champion.

Hi was on a holiday down in vic and found energy force in drysdale. what a fantastic place to workout it was very friendy and the staff very helpfull it almost felt like i was at home. thanx guys i had a good couple of days

I love this place! Great mix of people, from young to old (met an old guy who was 72 still training twice a week!)

Great freindly staff, and members who just want to train - no posers!

Great range of supplements and nutritional supplies too.
