White Fisheries

White's have always good fresh seafood.But oh my gosh,their prices have shot up over the moon.Recently purchased Swordfish and it had gone up $10 a kilo from my last purchase a
couple of weeks ago.And it wasn't the only price to rise.Puts fish out of the reach of the average person who loves a feed of it once or twice a month.

We got seafood from Whites Fisheries for christmas and I have to say the prawns were the best prawns I've ever had. All the seafood was delicious and fresh.

We get our fish several times a week from White Fisheries & have always had beautiful fish. Having previously lived in Northcote, within easy walking distance from Canals Seafoods which receives accolades left, right & centre, I actually think that White Fisheries well & truly gives it a run for its money.



As a side note, 'Shopwise' appears to have been incredibly unfortunate with their experience, but it is one that we have not shared, not after 50+ visits.

Found the seafood very fresh,

Bought scallops here for Xmas. These were frozen,which was okay,except when they were thawed they smelled very off. We were going to use them for a seafood risotto, but threw them out instead. Very disappointing. The rest of the seafood was good,just disappointed in the quality of the scallops. I could of taken them back,but,the distance to travel there would have been worth more than the scallops,so didn't bother. I'd think twice about going back.
