Hi. My name is Anne. Most people call me Annie. I am a Certified Basics Yoga Teacher in Svaroopa(R) Yoga.

Restorative and Healing yoga. Svaroopa yoga is based on Hatha Yoga. We use blankets to help support your body in many poses. This support helps create the release of the deeply held tensions in your body. Each class is designed to decompress your spine, which provides physical healing.

Benefits include stress relief, improved digestion, boosts your immunity, relieves sore neck and shoulders, improved sleep, ease of movement and breath, relieves back pain, improved balance, improved circulation, and more.

Yoga relieves anxiety and calms and soothes your mind. Yoga helps you gain a clear sense of your self identity and purpose in life.

Class time on Monday night is 6.45 pm to 8.15 pm. No yoga mat required.
Suitable for all ages and fitness levels. No yoga experience is necessary.

Embodyment (R) is a relaxing hands on healing modality. Helps to release deeply held tensions in your body, creating health, happiness and peace. Sessions are one hour.

If you suffer from back pain, neck pain etc and feel generally unwell - Embodyment Therapy will help. Very relaxing and very healing modality.

Also available is one to one yoga class. Your own personal session. Also for one hour.

General yoga class prices:
10 classes for $180 - to be used in 4 months
5 classes for $95 - to be used in 2 months.

Embodyment Therapy general prices:
$70 for one hour session
$325 for 5 one hour sessions
$600 for 10 one hour sessions
