Dreadful experience: rude, didn't listen, said to my 9 year old son "you have nail polish and long hair, what..are you a girl?'" and laughed. Then, after humiliating him, brushed his hair so roughly he was crying (and he's a tough kid) and I had to take over, cut it badly and much shorter than I specified,...quoted $20 for a kids cut over the phone, then changed it to $30 for my 12 year old because he has started high school...DO NOT GO HERE, scarring experience, I wouldn't even give them 1 star

Awful customer service. Staff, especially the woman with the red hair dye, were very rude. My four year old son was continually told to sit still so he 'wouldn't get her outfit dirty', despite the fact that cut hair itches! When asked if she had experience with children, the woman said she even had experience with monkeys! She seemed to be in a big hurry, spoke loudly and very inappropriately (she announced that 'all Asians look the same') and was quite condescending.

AVOID this place, especially with your children, there are much better options elsewhere!

this 40’s lady ( short hair)n the other woman 40’s (long hair) as well who cut my son ( toddler) hair very rude.both they chinese .
i thought the have a skill how to handle children while cut the hair but they don’t !
even they yell at me b make my son cry n more scare , they didnt said sorry for being rude! when i ask them nicely about asking 1 lollipop that’s on the table, she grab n throw it roughly through table. they also said my son naughty because keep crying

Went into get my 12 yo's haircut. I asked about price and she said "$20 if you want straight across". I "tried" to ask a question but this rude woman would not let me get a word in. Finally when I managed to speak I asked if she cuts properly ie sectioning as she cuts. With extreme rudeness she relied " I am hairdresser. Do you ask how they make coffe when you buy?"
