I used to live around the corner from this pub but I really cannot remember what it used to be like because I probably only ever came here a couple of times (or to buy beer from the drive thru). They have since transformed the place so that it has a traditional English pub on one side (which contains the sports bar), and a more modern family restaurant with a really cool beer garden on the other. However I really cannot recommend this place because the food was atrocious. The chips were undercooked, the schnitzel was okay, but the salad tasted absolutely horrible. Okay, my friend didn't seem to have the same problem with his meal, but I really couldn't eat mine in fact I couldn't even finish it (though my mate helped me out in that regard). I won't necessarily say that it was the worst meal that I've ever had, but it was seriously getting pretty close.
