I found out about G-Tek through a family member about 5 years ago and use them to service both my cars. Just recently i had to replace the steering rack assembly in my 94 Camry. I took my car to G-Tek and they had a look and called me back, told me they could fix and replace with new parts plus wheel alignment for $650. I rang CMI Toyota to get a quote they came back to me with a $1400 estimate for parts and labor. YIKES! Ive never had a problem with G-Tek and YOU ONLY PAY FOR WHAT YOU ASK TO BE DONE! No hidden costs or " We needed to replace this and that, so its gonna be extra". they are professional, friendly and easy to deal with and i would recommend them to anyone.
I have been using Gtek for about four years now. In this time I have referred many female friends. They do not rip you off, they only charge for the work they do, and their rates are more than competitive. I Highly recommend them as a female friendly mechanic, they will not do something that doesn't need to be done or charge you for something they didnt actually do - But be advised it is CASH only, no credit cards....... But seeing as how my brakes would cost $600.00 @ Holdens, and G-tek charged $150 - They are now the only mechanic I will use.
