I had Mark from Fawcett come to replace my hot water, he was very informative through the whole process and when Elliott came to take over he took the time to let me know what was happening before he had to leave for his next job.. Prompt arrival after calling to get an on site quote to change our old electric hot water service over to an endless gas style. All works required were able to be done through The Fawcett Group, making the switch over quick, good value for money, and had us future proof for many years to come. The Fawcett team gave great service from the very first phone call to the end of the job. After realising we had an emergency plumbing issue we were quickly reassured that all would be ok.
