I first went to see Samantha for a shoulder problem that I had that was making my arm and hand ache so much I was having trouble completing tasks at work. I also asked her for help with stress. After my first treatment I had about 50% reduced pain and I was the most relaxed I had ever felt. I have had massage for over 20 years and the small light movements of Bowen therapy had so much more impact on my body than any massage I have ever had. I returned the following week for a follow up treatment and again felt relaxed, rejuvenated and had a reduction in the pain in my arm to a slight ache. My 2 additional treatments were spaced apart at various intervals and I have since been pain free and better able to deal with stressful situations.
