H&M

Although the outside of the store was very presentable, the interior felt way too cluttered with clothing absolutely everywhere! The clothing folded on the tables we're messy and unorganised. The clothing racks had clothing scattered everywhere. Although the staff members were friendly, I just couldn’t justify trying to ‘rummage’ through odd piles of clothing. I definitely wouldn’t go back nor recommend it to others.
When compared to H&M's CBD stores in Sydney and Melbourne, their store at Brisbane CBD is slightly underwhelming. The store is pretty narrow in comparison even though it goes all the way to the other side. The merchandise setup is quite busy and takes away the feeling of space the moment you enter the shop. There is a slightly more breathing room at the upper level, although there is still no escaping the occasional trapping between patrons whilst between aisles of clothes.
At least it is good to know that they have plenty of space at the one place where space should not be compromised: the fitting rooms.
All of the lower level is dedicated to womenswear, plus another half of the upper level. The rest of the upper level is shared between menswear and homewares. As per usual, their 'trend before quality' philosophy makes their products come at quite affordable price range — even more so when they are on sale.
