Harvey Norman Flooring

Bought a lounge suite 4months after delivery still trying to get included gift vouchers after 3 phone calls. Went to pick up in store as they said they are ready then got told will send in mail.

Came in today to have a look around outdoor settings. There was plenty of different styles to browse through and pick from, all ranging prices. Tough choices to make but location is near by at least, meaning I will be back to narrow down and make final decisions.

Purchased a brand new Sony xperia z with product care. Within a couple of months my first Sony was send back for software issues. I received a replacement and within 3 weeks the same thing happened to the replacement and they refused to replace the second phone with soft ware issues. I am still paying for this phone with GE fiance and do not have any phone. They say product care only works for one off time. I am now having to contact consumer affair's .I advise NO ONE TO BUY ELECTRONIC DEVICES from Harvey Norman gepps cross even with extra product warranties. I will never be purchasing anything from Harvey Norman again as even my parents and others I know have had problems with other electronics from Harvey Norman.

Purchased a dining set and a chaise back in June. Was promised a delivery date of 4 weeks for the dining set. Never came till I hassled them and only got it after 8 weeks. Next was the chaise which had a lead time of 8-10 weeks or so they say. That\'s the only reason I didn\'t buy a sofa from the other store. Called them after 10 weeks and nothing eventuated. Called them after 12 weeks and it\'s 4 weeks away. It\'s only when you threaten to cancel your order that they have the chaise ready for you within a week.
