Health At Campbelltown

Been going to this clinic for a few years. I've had no problems getting appointments when needed and staff and doctors seem very helpful and approachable.

Agreed - the staff are so rude and unhelpful. I could name and shame but I won't. The only reason I go here is my doctor consults here - she also consults at the Newton practice so I try and book in there when I can. Even just calling the receptionists to make an appointment makes me cringe. Even a couple of the doctors that I have seen come out with monotone voices and looks on their faces that clearly say they don't want to be here. And with the colour and atmosphere of the waiting area it is generally not a nice place to be. Definitely would not recommend coming to this surgery - there are plenty others nearby - one of which just being 500m down the road.

I go to this clinic only because it is close to where I live. getting a bit frustrated that every time I find a good doctor that I like they suddenly disappear to another clinic.. I find the reception staff at this clinic to be very rude and dismissive. One time I was trying to pay for my appointment with eftpos and it wasn't working.. they kept telling me of having no money in my account but I knew there was plenty of money in there.. they completely refused to acknowledge that maybe there was something wrong with their system and would not allow me to take 5 minutes to ring my bank and verify there was money in there. They said that I would have to come back and pay another day and this would incur quite a substantial fee.. I was not impressed but gave up arguing with them and went to leave. I have been to this clinic many times and every time i think i will give them one more chance. This clinic is an absolute disgrace, receptionists are very unhelpful and unprofessional and never greet you with a smile, appointments are never on time doctors always 15-30 minutes late to see you (sometimes longer). I would not recommend anyone to go to this clinic. There are plenty of clinics around in these areas so my advice is look for an alternative.
