This business is biased against small rural towns, evaluating rural homes in the same lines as urban houses.

My house lost finance approval because the rating for my house was high due to the location, the lack of local community buildings, the distance from the city and the fire hazards which on a vacant 20 acre block that has never been in a fire for over 30 years is appalling.

The evaluator barely left their car, evaluator had made up their mind based on the location, and many points in their review, such as the building materials and market value.
