Somewhat disappointed to say the least. The quality of food isn't the problem. In fact it's excellent. But there's other small issues such as the large chips.
What a joke, I've ordered large chips from other takeout shops & the larges are absolutely massive. This shop it's a little bigger than a small in other shops, I was still hungry.
Next problem is they don't have meal deals for chips, burger & drink. What kind of shop doesn't have meal deals, ridiculous & they've been operating for 60 years so they should know better.
Last of all they don't accept card. There's a little atm machine which charges extra for withdrawal. They receive plenty of customers so I don't see why there's a no card policy.
To conclude I'd be happy to return, the food was outstanding however not until they resolve these issues. They all add up. So Paul's Hamburgers please fix up these problems.
If you want a juicy soft tradtional milkbar hamburger then your at the right place. Ive been going here since the 90's ... yep... lol... and this place has been around longer than that.... everthing on the menu is great and make sure you bring cash otherwise your gonna be ripped off by the private atm that sits in the corner.

Now, some would disagree with that statement....but if you're looking for a good value, extremely filling, great tasting burger, you can't go wrong with the WORKS burger from Paul's Famous Hamburgers. I'd recommend getting Paul's special sauce on the burger AND with your chips!
You could definitely finish the works burger on your own and feel over-satisfied, but otherwise you can ask them to cut it in half for you to share with a friend. Half the works burger plus some chips is more than adequate for a meal....
The line can look long sometimes but it moves quickly. It's so worth the trip there if you don't live in the area. I have friends that travel from all over to try Paul's!
