Woof The Original Dog Grooming

We have been taking our fur babies to Woof for over 15 years and cannot recommend Prue’s grooming services highly enough. We have two Afghan hounds that Prue has looked after and groomed for us over the years. Prue offers a highly professional service and you can tell she loves and cares about her clients and this is reflected in the beautiful work she does. The standard of grooming is very high and the attention to detail is second to none. Personally we’d be lost without her wonderful service! Love your work & thank you for always looking after us. TOTALLY RECOMMENDED! I have been coming to see Prue and the girls for years. The shop is immaculate, the girls are really genuine and just love what they do, it shows in their work. They always take great care with my dogs and they always come home happy, clean and beautifully groomed.

My mother and I have been sending our dogs to Prue for nearly seven years for their grooming needs. Although over the years we have never found Prue or her staff extra friendly it has never bothered us as they have always done an excellent job and seem to treat our dogs well. Last Saturday though will be the last time my mother and I ever set foot inside woof again after the disgustingly rude treatment my mother received from a staff member and the subsequent patronising rude treatment I received from Prue over the phone. My mother rang to book our poodle in for a complete haircut and was surprised at how quickly the staff member said 'she could fit her in' as it is usually extremely busy. My mother agreed to the day and just assumed that our dog would get the same haircut she has been getting for the last couple of years.
