Dear oh Dear, Pulled Pork Burger and Loaded Chips looked nothing like your TV advertising, got home today after drive thru and wifed asked if I had eaten half of the chips. Need to lift your game or change your name to Stingy Jacks. Years since I have visited and won`t be back based todays effort.

Appalling service, only decent customer service is at 4am! Food is always overly greasy and under sauced. Staff are completely unorganized, incredibly rude and have supplied the wrong food on occasion, we have even been handed cups and told they were too busy to fill it themselves!

Hungry Jacks oxenford has to be the best takeout burger place i have been to in years.

My food is always fresh and tasty and the staff are very quick and well mannered. If you just want a quick, tasty, easy meal i highly recommend Hungry Jacks.

In the past ive been happy with Hungry Jacks service in oxenford although was very disappointed with staff members last night. Burger pattys were like rubber boots and buns were hard like they had been microwaved. Very big let down especially that I had to pay for that meal and chuck it out.
