My experience with the Launceston store was a very negative one. First we had to wait half an hour, with other customers walking out in disgust. It was evident the staff did not care as they were slow and were happy to do everything except serve the customers or prepare food. Speaking of which the order was wrong, burnt and unpresentable. I will never go to this establishment again, as the staff do not care about the customer, and I will be telling everyone I can the same thing.
Need to get there act together!! I dont have a car and dont live close either,so every now and then a friend takes me in to town i look forward to takeaway every once in a while!! Waste of time Monday night!!! No pineapple for there new tropical burger and then tryed to order Onion rings,But no onion rings either!!!! What a waste of time and petrol..ads says burgers are better yer rite..think it be safer to go to other store at least they have a brain and have stock to fill there burgers!!!!
This one is a beautie has a 60's rock type feel and unlimited refills for drinks when purchasing a meal and the burgers are as good as any other state I've tried go the onion rings with sweet and sour sauce YUM also accept give great savings when you have the vouchers
