Neville Weir has been the owner, running, and leading JW Refrigeration and Air-conditioning for 47 years now, it is his passion.
We are a locally operated, Queensland owned Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Company that has for 47 years delivered quality service in this Industry. We pride ourselves on Value and Timely Service. We Service Brisbane, South East Queensland, Darling Downs, and Out West to Dalby, Charleville, Chinchilla, Warrick, Roma, Stanthorpe, and Western Queensland.
Unlike most Companies we are able to cover more areas, which is such a help for the rural areas around the darling downs, Western Queensland and Rural Areas. We are so happy to be able to reach theses people especially in the Rural areas, as us Queenslanders live in a land that the temperatures can be extreme both ways.

This bloke spent most of the time telling me how good they were. Found them quite confusing. Sent them an email requesting a response. No reply in a month so got another tradesman. They eventually rang and when told I had engaged someone else went off their tree. Said they were waiting for me to advise them of model and serial number. Clearly it was their job when they came out to inspect that they obtained these basic details themselves. Would not recommend.
The guy that I spoke to was the rudest I have ever spoken to. I have a decent knowledge of the product and installation costs and he tried to tell me that I had no idea what I was talking about. He first complained that my email text was too small and then through insults at me when I said I would consider his quote.
I rang them for a quote and they were really rude by yelling at me. Told me that they know so much better than me and i had no business asking for a quote about what a i wanted etc, really horrible, i was so shooken up i rang my husband to tell him about my shocking experience and my husband rang them and the this staff proceeded on being rude him too!!
They rude and abrupt.
I called them for a split system quote. I said that I needed to weigh my options and that I'd call them with my decision. The next day I called them to say thank you, but I had decided to go with another installer. Their response was to be rude and hang up.
How they can stay in business with this complete lack of professionalism and basic maners is beyond me.
This business has the worst customer service of any trade that I have experienced. I called & spoke to the them to request a quote for installation of air conditioning in my home. The staff I spoke to was defensive, told me that I didn't know what I wanted and ended up abusing me then hung up on me.
This business obviously does not need the work to potential customers ready to spend thousands of dollars.
