I see a lot of complaints on here. Maybe your staff would be a little more switched on if they weren't dying of heat stroke in there. Walked in there today and it was like a sauna.
I don't care about the lack of air conditioning for the customers' sake, but for your poor staff. The one minute wait for my food was about as much as I could stand in that building. I can't imagine what working there all day would be like.
I wouldn't be particularly enthusiastic about my job either if I was forced to work in those conditions.
Come on KFC, you're a big company. I'm sure you can find a way to scrape the funds together. How about you treat your staff with some respect and get some air conditioning for them.
Worst KFC store ever! You will pay a premium for food, but you won't get what you ordered! You will also never get chips with salt on them, even when you ask for extra salt. Unfortunately I have had to complain so many times, that I have now just given up. We don't spend our money here anymore. The main problem is the staff that work here. They are more interested in chatting to their mates than actually doing their job and most have no clue about any sort of customer service. Nobody cares at this store. Do yourself a favour if you really want KFC and drive up to other branch and actually get what you order. Seriously, even when I go into the store and check my order, upon fixing it, they still manage to get it wrong! Its a total joke! Pay for 3 pieces of chicken and get 2, pay for chips and get non salted, limp potato, order some potato and gravy and seriously, you will get a teaspoon of some white looking slop floating in brown water! Terrible in every way!
After having friends over we decided to get a giant feast was told a 4 min wait on the chic nuggets so I parked up 8 min later I got my meal went home no chic nuggets. Let it go but was p***** off got it again a month later got same meal out of 15 pieces of chicken 12 were drum sticks and the potato and gravy was slop couldn't even put it on a spoon.never again will my family go there
