Kmart

I'm not a huge fan of Kmart, mainly because I find the branded products a little cheap and of poor quality, however, when it comes to Kmarts, the point cook store is the best. It is ALWAYS clean, neat, well stocked and tidy. The customer service is VERY friendly. Late trading hours (10pm weekdays and 8pm weekend) make it very handy. It's also right near the entrance of the shopping centre so it's quick & easy access.

I have only been here a couple of times but the staff are very helpful compared to other stores. If this store was closer to home then I would shop here all the time due to the excellent customer service. Last time I went I was looking for a TMNT lunch box and there was none on the shelve but there was a ticket there, I asked someone if they had any expecting the usual if it isn't there then we have none excuse but the lady scan the code and it stated they had one in stock and she went outback to checked and then she came back with it. Very happy with the helpful service.
