Went down to Laverton last week for work and I called in to a little take away shop called Kyla's cafe and i wanted to add my comment. I found the staff to be very friendly and the food was yummy I had schnitzel and I will be going back there next timeIam down that way.
Really slow service. I once went in just to buy a can of V, there were 2 people before me ordering hot food and 2 people serving so logically one would imagine that one of the staff member's could quickly run my drink through the till (I even had correct change in my hand as I was in a hurry) and get me out the door whilst the other staff member could continue to carry on the food orders but this was not so.
I had to wait until both men had been served and orders made before I was even acknowledged and that was only because the staff member had to wait for fresh chips and the man who was waiting actually told the staff member to "serve this lady whose been waiting".
Kelly my son & I would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts of the WONDERFUL Service you gave us on Saturday 28th May, 2016 Lunch time,especially after we ordered the Chicken Parma as you told us that it would take 15mins when you really took 20mins or more of your time for our Chicken Parma to cook as well as the Chips, which to us was well worth waiting for. In other words we both are thankful you took your time in cooking it as it wouldn't have come this good if you made it in a hurry!!! Thanks Kelly you are a "GENIUS.":-)
Great chicken snitzel rolls if you get a fresh roll and without the ends of the tomatoes. Food sits in the bain marie for to long.
The best Chicken Parma in the West. Thanks Kelly you are the best COOKER in the West. The Chicken Parma with chips, well my son and I couldn't make it that we needed DOGGIE BAGS 2 take them home.(GO DOGGIES)
Hey guys you ought to try Kyla's Freshly Fried Dim Sims as well as their Fried Potato Cakes, they were real CRISPY as well as CRUNCHY considering I didn't have any FALSE TEETH on that day. This is how fresh their food was and my son & I will be coming back again & again.
Kelly & Staff, you guys should extend your cafe & your Hours to cater for more Locals as well as Customers all over Melbourne to advertise in every paper in Melbourne so it brings on more Customers to your DOOR!
