GET RESULTS FASTLegionfit Bootcamp is Perth, Western Australiaâ??s number one provider of Bootcamp and outdoor group training. Under the guidance of ex French Foreign Legion and British Army trainer Dave Woolfenden, participants will enjoy a variety of physical training that GETS RESULTS FAST.
Unlike other Bootcamps, Legionfit is run in a relaxed, enjoyable environment that keeps participants coming back for more. No yelling or screaming, no YES sir NO sir. This does not mean the sessions are easy or undisciplined, far from it, but experience tells us that great results are achieved through motivation and encouragement not from being patronising and abusive.
All courses run from 5 to 12 weeks and regular Fitness Testing is conducted to allow participants to monitor their progress.
