I started training at lift4life with Mark 7 weeks ago with the goal of losing weight and getting fit. Already in the short time I have been training with him I have noticed a dramatic improvement in my fitness as well as changes in my physical appearance. Marks style of training is very unique like nothing I have experienced before and I thoroughly enjoy our sessions. I have a bad back and I often get very dizzy so Mark tailors my sessions to work around this so that I still get the most out of each session. His prices are very affordable and he always puts 110% into every session while offering advice about nutrition and explaining to you how each exercise helps you. I would highly recommend mark for anyone looking to make a change in their life. It will be well worth it!

Wow! If anyone is looking for a Personal Trainer who will push your limits and specifically focus and target the right areas to achieve your personal fitness goals and notice change fast, I can highly recommend Lift 4 Life! Out of all the training I have done in the past, my session with Mark Seeto was by far the most intense and unique styled workout that left me feeling great!!!!..... and very sore haha not to mention very affordable.

A couple of years ago I made the decision to get fit, however I didn't feel confidant enough to join a gym, nor did I feel I had enough motivation or knowledge to reach my fitness goals. So I joined Lift4Life, and the positive impact Mark has made on my life is immeasurable. Every session was different and customised to my changing levels of fitness. The achievement I felt after every session, and how fun Mark made the sessions, is what kept me going back for more! Not to mention the cm's I've lost off my thighs, waist, hips, and arms! I can't recommend Mark highly enough!!!

My Lift4Life journey started about 4 months ago. My goals were to lose weight and to gain fitness. Mark created a custom fitness program that would best suit me. I've been incredibly happy with my results and the work we do, Marks techniques allow me give 100% at my fitness level and with a warm down stretch at the end of the session means my body won't be sore and tight in the morning which for me is very important. My results over the last 4 months really say it all. I've lost over 13kg whilst putting on muscle and increased my fitness tenfold. My only regret is not starting @Lift4Life sooner.

I was sick of the effects of being overweight, and finally decided to do something about it six months ago when I started training with Mark. He was incredibly encouraging from the start, and really listens to what you want and the type of trainer you need. For me, personally, I need a trainer who walks the fine line between pushing me to my limit, rather than past my limit, and Mark fits that bill. I've also had quite a few injuries (all from previous to starting training), with tricky areas like knees and back, and Mark is still able to train me effectively around these. He doesn't punish me if I do the wrong thing, because he knows I beat myself up enough about it, and when I make good choices he celebrates with me. So far, in six months, I've lost 11.3kg, and have lost 24cm and 20.8cm from my waist and hips respectively. I'm now fitting in to clothes that I haven't been able to wear for years!
