For the past two years I have been going to the Oxenford store for water checks, advice and more recently a chlorinator replacement. Through this time I have received friendly, professional service and advice. Due to having an above ground pool with a vinyl liner, it needs to be monitored carefully for accurate chlorine levels to maintain its longevity. I have been dealing with Kay for most of this time and she has always been so patient, helpful and understanding. I am always greeted by her beautiful smile and nothing is ever too much trouble. Kay has made my experience with pool maintenance so much easier with her knowledge and just a caring attitude. I would highly recommend this store!

Pool Doctor have been looking after our heated indoor pool for the past 12 years since the house was built. As Brits “fresh off the boat” we knew nothing about pool maintenance and we have over the years been frequent visitors to the shop for water checks, chemicals and lots of free advice. The pool is in use all year round, the grandchildren learned to swim in it and it’s popular with guests from Europe and Japan, where we have family. We use it for exercise most days, and have naturally over the years replaced various parts that have worn out. Pool Doctor has done this work for us from the start, and as we get older we shall probably have them service the pool weekly.
We can recommend Pool Doctor without reservation. They are experienced professionals who are friendly and good to have working in the house. They are never too busy to give you the help and advice you need in the shop.

Staff are very helpful and keen to listen and understand your pool and spa issues. They don't push you to buy stuff unless needed, and explain in detail why it's needed if this is the case. Have been using them for several years and cannot fault their service. Price of their products is good given the quality. You can find cheaper products elsewhere, but definately not as good quality (thus a false economy - I found out the hard way a while ago!). Very handy that they are open for a few hours on Sunday also. Would thoroughly recommend them to any pool or spa owner.
