Disaster! Don't do it, use someone else. He is never onsite. Greg leaves unqualified guys on the job that do very poor work. We had so many problems that were never rectified. In the end we had to terminate, cope a huge loss and start again. Do yourself a favour and find someone else.

I would never engage Wayne again, the workmanship was as poor as his customer relation skill.

We were not happy with the outcome of our end product and service. We had retaining and gardening put in place and most of it was quite straightforward. However we weren't happy with a garden box built at the front of our house - difficult to describe, but best to say a lot of exposed and cracked concrete was left visible from street level. The bottom line, is that the company owner agreed to fix it - this was the last we heard of him.

We had a few quotes before committing to lucious, and they seemed reasonable and offered a dead plant replacement gurantee verbally. Our experience was poor, rude customer service, and plants which I just cannot get to grow. Apparently some plants died as I didn't water them, yet water them is all I seem to do. Thus no replacement (and the gurantee isnt in the contract). No caring instructions upon completion, mulch was thin (some didn't get mulch at all) and it appears no additional nutrient was added to soil to kick start them. Limes planted aren't edible we just noticed too.
